This package includes everything you need to create a stable and supportive Nordic curl station using your existing power rack:

  • 1× Hydra Split Squat Attachment, compatible with Hydra Racks or any non–B.o.S. rack that uses TRUE 3" × 3" tubing with 5/8" holes
